Mark is an AFAA certified personal trainer, small group class instructor, and owner of Amherst Fitness. He has a degree in Business Management and has been training for over 10 years now. He is dedicated to helping his clients reach their individual goals. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, cycling, tennis, golf, as well as weight training and circuit training. His focus as a trainer is on proper form during exercise, applying the right amount of resistance to ensure you get a challenging workout, and guidance for fitness, nutrition, and much more. As a certified personal trainer, he is in an ideal position to help you live your life in a healthy manner, guiding you toward the ultimate goal of wellness. Erika Sawyer

Erika is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach and Barre instructor certified through International Sports Science Association. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts and is currently pursuing a Master Trainer certification through the ISSA. Erika is a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast,  She played Division I ice hockey for Sacred Heart University, and Northfield Mount Hermon Prep School. Her methods are derived from a variety of influences such as yoga, barre, pilates, calisthenics, strength training and metabolic conditioning.
Erika has experience working with a diverse group of clients in a one-on-one setting, as well as group fitness activities. She has helped many clients of different ages, backgrounds, strengths and abilities to meet their specific fitness goals. Erika meets clients where they are in their fitness journey and addresses specific client needs related to sports injuries, and a variety of physical and mental health conditions. She is a reliable, responsible and attentive coach with a dedication to  client achievement, healthy living and positive body image. Erika has had lots of success working with clients who are brand new to fitness as well as seasoned athletes. She has worked with clients from age 11- 91 and would welcome the opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals

Anisha Sharma

Anisha is a NASM certified personal trainer and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  Anisha also holds a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification which emphasizes functional training methods that benefit a wide range of conditions such as those recovering from an injury, looking to reduce muscle imbalance, or seeking improved posture.  Based on her individual client’s fitness & wellness interests (weight loss, increase strength, improve mobility, etc…), she builds effective training programs that align with specific goals.  Anisha provides one-on-one training as well as instruction for small groups.  She has experience working with a wide range of clients from age 14 to 77 who represent a diverse mix of strength, ability, and fitness conditions.  Anisha has been working with Personal Trainers for over a decade and has firsthand knowledge of how one should be encouraged and motivated to achieve their fitness & wellness goals.  Since adopting a healthier lifestyle involves more than just exercise… Anisha becomes a dedicated fitness traveling companion who helps her clients make positive lifestyle changes by providing them with education about fitness and health topics as they progress along in their fitness journey.  Anisha always embraces new opportunities to inspire others to develop their motivation, confidence, & effort towards the pursuit of their Fitness & Wellness Goals.

Jay McWilliams

Jay is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Strength Coach. Jay has spent the last twelve years in the fitness and recreation industry and has over four years of personal training experience here in the valley. Jay holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from University of Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Recreation from George Williams College. After spending over three years as Director of Personal Training at a busy local gym, Jay has decided to specialize and create his own training business, Training Longevity, based out of Peddar Fitness. Training Longevity arises out of Jay’s passion for working with the baby boomer population who may be new to exercise, recovering from injuries and limitations, or looking to continue with athletic pursuits and active lives. Jay’s mission is to strengthen the body and mind with both the skills and knowledge that contribute to health and longevity. Jay is passionate about coaching through personal and small group training to help all clients reach their full potential of an active and healthy life style at any age. Jay holds several specialty certifications including The Functional Aging Institute Functional Aging Specialist, Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education Integrative Corrective Exercise Instructor, and Functional Movement Systems Functional Movement Screening Level 1.
