Dan is a personal trainer certified through NASM. He has over a decade of experience in various methods of weight, cardiovascular, and mobility/flexibility training. Dan is also a martial artist trained in a variety of Chinese martial arts and kickboxing. His time as a martial arts instructor has given him a broad familiarity when it comes to working with people of all age groups and levels of fitness experience. He strongly believes movement is a very important part of human nature and it is known to be essential to not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. Dan strives to help others seamlessly incorporate fitness as a way of life, and not as a burden. His never give up mentality, and love for helping others, will be sure to put you on the right path to achieving whatever your fitness goals may be.
