It is our mission to help you achieve your goals! Each personal training session is approximately 60 minutes long. Your trainer will be with you on your fitness journey every step of the way. At Amherst Fitness we strongly believe in building the interpersonal relationship necessary to achieve results. Your trainer will motivate and inspire you with an individual exercise program to accomplish the goals you set together. We will keep you accountable so that you are always moving forward even amidst all of life’s challenges.
Personal training sessions are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. Please contact us for more information regarding refunds. Unused sessions can also be transferred at any time to other Amherst Fitness clients, friends, or family. All clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session to avoid being charged. Session times can be rescheduled within a 24 hour window by contacting your trainer directly. Failure to contact your trainer at least 24 hours prior to your session will result in you being charged in full for that session. All sessions that begin late will end 60 minutes from the original start time. Payment methods accepted are cash, check, or other methods offered by your trainer. Payment for packages must be made in full before the start of the package to receive the rates as listed.
